Bid bond/bid security IS NOT required on this bid. Question Deadline: 1/22/2026 02:00 PM (CT) Bidders must submit bid questions in the Questions tab of the bid event. Questions will be answered within one (1) day of the questions cutoff date/time. The project consists of improvements to F Street between North 204 th and 213 th Streets. Based on the plan and profile along the alignment, these improvements will raise grades in the vicinity of the existing 72-inch culvert pipe at Station 56+25 up to 12 feet. The existing pipe is a combination of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and corrugated metal pipe (CMP) sections. It is our understanding that at this time it is anticipated that the existing culvert will be left in-place and extended to the north and south with additional 72-inch CMP, along with reconstructing the southern drop structure. Other improvements include the construction of storm sewer system, which will tie into the proposed new drop structure on the south side of the street. The intent of this study is to provide recommendations for the culvert.
