Questions Due January 5, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. Bidders shall submit questions via email to LU ANNE TRAZI at luanne.trazi@chp.ca.gov . Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Nimitz Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement/Certification: Contractor must possess a valid California Contractor's State License Board (CSLB) License, C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete State of California Standard 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to execution of Agreement. CHP Nimitz, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Services. Bidders must sign the sign-in sheet before the start time at the mandatory pre-bid conference at CHP Nimitz CVEF at 4416 Interstate 880, Fremont, CA 94538.
