The Project Includes All Necessary Refrigerant Piping, Control/signal Wiring, Condensate Drainage Systems. All Electrical Upgrades Needed, Including Wiring and Circuit Installation, to Support the New Heat Pumps. Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Form in Exhibit B and Accompanied by a Surety Bond, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check, Executed in Favor of Bethel School District #52, in the Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid, Based Upon the Total Bid Amount for Those Items Bid Upon. Each Bid Must Be Submitted With Exhibit C, Bidder's Responsibility Information, Completing All Questions and Information Required. Bethel School District #52 Reserves the Right to (1) Reject Any or All Bids Not in Compliance With All Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, (2) Postpone Award of the Contract for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of Bid Opening, (3) Waive Informalities in the Bids, (4) Select the Bid Which Appears to Be in the Best Interest of the District, or (5) Reject Any or All Bids. The Project consists of the construction of a separate building addition to an existing elementary school, containing a gym, classrooms and support spaces. It also includes sitework and utilities associated with the addition, and targeted improvements to the existing school at the cafeteria, multi-purpose room, restroom suite and main entry facade, and fire alarm system upgrades
