NTESS reserves the right to subcontract for any, all, or none of the items or services with no penalty to either NTESS or the Offeror. Multiple subcontracts may be awarded as a result of the solicitation. National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS) managing Sandia National Laboratories, Livermore, California, has the need for subcontractors to perform construction services on two concurrent construction projects, Secure Weapons Interaction Center (SWIC ) and Western Utilities Corridor (WUC), at Sandia National Laboratory Livermore, CA (SNL/CA) on a firm fixed price basis. SWIC is a proposed one-story high security building of approximately 6,000 gross square feet that consists of one large, open high-bay section of about 4,000 sf with secured boundary constructed to current ICD/ICS 705 and Tempest/R-foil requirements, an adjoining wing of roughly 2,000 sf designed to current ICD/ICS 705 and Tempest/R-foil requirements. Site improvements include a receiving yard, security fencing surrounding the facility, access roadway/pathways and security gates. WUC is for the installation of a new utility corridor on the West side of the SNL/CA campus. The new utility corridor will comprise of potable water, sewer, storm, power, and communication lines. In total, the new utility corridor will be approximately 3,500 linear feet in length, include new sectionalizing switches, and provide further redundancy to the site's west side structures and programs. SWIC will need to be completed by January 2028 and WUC by September 2027.
