The Concourse D Project is a new remote concourse facility located adjacent and south of existing Concourse C within the airport operations area. This new 19-gate facility is comprised of approximately 560,000 square feet over multiple levels. The building is a structural steel and concrete superstructure. The project further includes the construction of portions of an underground concrete tunnel connecting future facilities and additionally includes apron paving and other utility and facility improvements. This notice of bid opportunity is for the trade packages listed below. This trade package includes all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete all painting and wall covering work for Concourse D for level 2 and 3. This scope includes preparing, priming, and finishing all designated surfaces. Work covers application of paints, stains, coatings, and sealers. This subcontractor shall provide protection of adjacent finishes to deliver a complete, clean, and uniform finish in compliance with project requirements. Painting scope for BOH areas which includes Basement level and Level 1 are not included in this trade package.
