Site work for a civil project in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of the Project includes demolition of the existing Walmart Pump Station and the installation of approximately 4,500 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer and appurtenant items. Furnish labor, materials, equipment, services and accessories, and install materials, equipment and accessories, necessary to provide a complete and functioning system as shown on the Drawings and specified in the Construction Specifications. EPA MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9% WBE 10.4% Full advertisement, Plans and Specifications are available once bidders register as plan holders. Advertisment and related documents are non-transferable Project No. CLA2201 The Project includes the following Work: Decommission existing Walmart Pump Station and installation of approximately 4,050 LF new gravity sanitary sewer to divert flow and add capacity. Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an addendum and issued by 2:00 pm local time on Thursday January 29, 2026. ** bid date info : All visitors to Town Hall are required to sign in upon entry; therefore, bidders should plan accordingly to allow sufficient time to complete the sign-in process and ensure bids are submitted before the stated deadline. A designated Town staff member will be stationed in the main lobby to accept bids prior to the deadline. Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted.
