The scope of work is a four color, 5 paint project involving the painting of walls and railings only; no ceiling or trusses are included. Paint specifications are as follows: SW 7029 Agreeable Gray, Satin (Field color for walls not specified as accent colors); SW 7076 Cyberspace, Satin (Accent color for wing walls in the lower gym and 36" or natural block break height of wall bottom accent in upper mezzanine); SW 2418 Rockwood Antique Gold, Satin (Accent color for curved wall sections behind main goals, front and back); SW 7030 Anew Gray, Satin (Accent color for vertical columns currently gold, and accent squares on upper walls as per existing layout); SW 7030 Anew Gray, Semi-Gloss (for metal railings currently gold, proposer to verify paint type, enamel or latex). Instructions to bidders include: providing the name and title of a single point of contact, an official pricing response, a sample agreement (if applicable), and a reference list including three clients for whom comparable services have been provided in the last year. An on-site evaluation with district staff is required and can be arranged with the designated contact. Proposers are responsible for taking actual project measurements for proposal and repair purposes. Responses must clearly follow the provided outline and criteria order, be concise, and no joint proposals will be accepted. The deadline for submitting proposals must be strictly followed and late submissions will not be considered. Evaluation will consider comparable experience, organization, capacity, personnel qualifications, responsiveness, history with the district, ability to meet deadlines, and fees. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive technical defects, and terminate the relationship with respondents at any time and for any reason.
