The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Ambassador Courts Fire Restoration Project, located at 800 SE 15th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73129. This project consists of comprehensive fire-damage restoration work across multiple residential buildings and dwelling units at the Ambassador Courts housing complex. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and conditions outlined in this Scope of Work and the visual reference documents Atachment H-1, Atachment H-2, and Atachment H-3. All construction activities must be coordinated to allow for uninterrupted operation of the occupied property. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all resident access points - building entries and exits -remain clear, safe, and operational at all times throughout the duration of the project.
