CGH: The project involves renovating existing spaces at Chilliwack General Hospital into meeting rooms, on-call rooms and lounges. The scopes include: Redeveloping room 2138 in the A-Wing Level 2, a shell-space, into four on-call rooms, 1 meeting room, 1 lounge, storage room, two-piece washroom and three-piece washroom with a shower. In addition to the identified requirements in the scope, the existing exit and entry double doors, as well as the existing exterior windows in A-Wing shell space will be replaced and upgraded. Renovating the existing room 2134, an existing meeting room, into two meeting rooms. Works include demolishing the existing water closet and millwork cabinetry, installing the AV equipment and TV, incorporating a new moveable partition, refinish the room, and add new furniture. ERH: The project involves renovating existing spaces at Eagle Ridge Hospital into meeting rooms, on-call rooms and lounges. The scope includes: Redeveloping Parklane, Level 0 Rooms E0717C and E0715B, repurposed to construct one meeting room, two on-call rooms, and a learner’s lounge. Refreshing Room E0709, which currently houses four drop-down cubicles, will be renovated to accommodate a total of six drop-down stations. RMH: The project involves renovating existing spaces at Ridge Meadows Hospital into meeting rooms and on-call rooms. The scope includes: Renovating the two existing meeting rooms on Acute Level 1 (Rooms 1061A and 1061B) by installing a new door in Room 1061B and updating the audiovisual technology in both rooms. Renovating storage rooms 007 & 007A in Acute Basement level into two on-call rooms. A shared access corridor will need to be included to access both rooms. MMH: The project involves renovating an existing space at Mission Memorial Hospital into meeting rooms and a lounge. The scope includes: Refresh existing room 1003 on Acute Level 1, into a staff lounge with lockers and two meeting rooms. Works include demolishing the existing kitchenette to allow for the new millwork, as well as storage spaces. The proposed meeting space will include a movable partition to allow for flexible setups and smaller meeting groups. The project's construction budget is estimated at an order of magnitude of $1,314,200 for CGH, $957,021 for ERH, $410,100 for RMH and $577,200 for MMH.
