Chilliwack Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC). TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent is chosen. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and environmental consultants. Further update in late summer 2026.
