SCOPE The State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) are part of the Florida Building Code. SREF requirements shall apply to construction, renovation, and remodeling of public educational facilities owned by Pinellas County School Board. The Scope of Work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all the labor, materials including performing all work necessary for the completion of gym floor screenings and re-coating. The Contractors shall be a Florida Licensed Gym Floor Screening and Re-Coating Contractor located within a 165-mile radius. 1) The preparation and refinishing of existing finished gym floors including field measurement of gym floors. 2) The delivery of all materials to the jobsite. 3) Ability to store materials at room temperature between 55-80 degrees with regulated humidity maintained. 4) Ability to store all materials, including flammable in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions and specifications. 5) Ability to maintain secure storage not accessible to students. RENEWAL OPTION By mutual consent of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, and the successful Bidders, this contract may be renewed for two (2) one (1) year.
