The State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) are part of the Florida Building Code. SREF requirements shall apply to construction, renovation, and remodeling of public educational facilities owned by Pinellas County School Board. The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of removing all mildew, algae, dirt, rust, stains, efflorescence, debris from district buildings and facility surfaces by pressure-washing. This pressure washing is for aesthetics purposes and not for preparations for a paint project. An all-inclusive list of surfaces to be pressure washed is included in the specifications. The Prime Contractor shall be Florida Licensed Painting and/ or Pressure-washing Contractor. Any questions regarding the bid should be posted in the Questions & Answers section in online.
