Scope of Work/Overview: Emergency and urgent findings to be detailed in the report and communicated to BGIS as soon as possible. Consultant to provide Options and recommend a permanent solution (Minimum Viable Product/MVP Option) to completely address moisture intrusion, air leaks, airflow, humidity moisture issues, etc.. Provide detailed costing estimates per proposed Option. Advise and confirm any H&S potential issue (e.g. potential of brick falling, deterioration) and ensure to recommend maintenance and repair where required. Firing range in basement is directly adjacent to crawl space with separate air handler. Known lead presence at Firing range. Parent Project: GOC6811825 BUNDLE - HVAC Assessment/ Building Envelope Condition Assessment. HVAC Assessment and Air Balance Assessment + Building Envelope Condition Assessment BUNDLED project's scope includes 1. Building Envelope Condition Assessment: The project consists of a detailed evaluation of the building's exterior components--the roof, walls, windows, and doors--to determine their current condition, identify problems like moisture intrusion or air leaks, and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs. Consultant to conduct Thermal imaging and destructive testing where applicable to determine current state of building condition and or if any deterioration is evident. 2. Building HVAC Assessment: The project consists of a comprehensive evaluation of the building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system to ensure it's operating safely, efficiently, and effectively. Air balance consists of engaging an air balancing contractor to test and record all airflows and equipment statuses for the building's existing HVAC system. The airflow readings include those VAV box airflows, and performance of main air moving systems including air handlers, VAV boxes and exhaust fans. Inspect and test all control dampers for proper operation. Target to have draft report issued by 1st week of March 2026 for Stakeholders' review.
