R7N 3B3 431-345-1819 Dong.Jin@gov.mb.ca Removal and installation of crossing culverts on Provincial Trunk Highway 5, from 0.6Km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 5A Junction to the South junction of Provincial Trunk Highway 10, in the Rural Municipality of Dauphin and Gilbert Plains. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 15, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work is Not Completed by October 1, 2025. In Addition, the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged to the Contractor on a Recurrent Annual Basis Until Substantial Completion. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 1-june 15 of Any Calendar Year.
