Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Dauphin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,200-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Dauphin wishes to have a storage building constructed at our City Public Works property. Examples of such storage (but not limited to) would be snow blades, summer attachments, tires, rolling garbage/recycling bins, etc. Project requirements: 40ft (W) * 8oft(L) * 18ft(W) building (shell, non-insulated) One (1) 20ft (W) x 16ft (H) bifold door with automatic opener At least one (1) man-door, but as many as is required by code. LED lighting and basic power outlets inside Four (4) elevated windows for natural lighting Thickened edge slab or footing & grade beam options for foundation installation. Metal cladding Supply and Installation: The proponent will be responsible for the construction of this building in accordance with all laws, codes, and regulations and will be responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or registrations that are required by law.
