Renovation of a municipal facility in Dauphin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services (Manitoba) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to act as the Construction Manager (CM) to provide construction management services as further described in this RFP; and for Manitoba to enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The project will include the renovations to the Dauphin Court House and conversion of the former Dauphin Correctional Centre into expanded court facilities, Dauphin, Manitoba, as further described in this RFP (the Project).
