Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Dauphin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 960-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The RM of Mountain intends to build a new storage building located in Pine River, MB, to house (1) of their fire trucks and accessory equipment. The new storage building will be located on the same site as the existing shop but will function as a seperate building. The proposed new storage building is 24'-0" x 40'-0" x 14'-0". One (1) overhead door with two (2) man doors, convention wood frame complete with concrete slab thickened edge. Construction is to commence immediately following award of tender, with a completion date of December 31, 2025. Construction, site laydown or delivery should in no way interfere with operations of the adjacent fire department during construction. Laydown space can be reviewed and approved onsite with the Owner.
