COMMENCEMENT OF OPERATIONS PHASE 1 The Contactor shall not commence earlier then June 23, 2025 and be completed by July 18, 2025. PHASE 2 The Contractor shall not commence earlier then August 25, 2025 and be completed by October 24, 2025.
