This project will include pavement surface treatment and reconstruction, widening of the existing roadway, additions of median islands with trees and vegetation, bioretention basins, new sidewalks with widened planter strips, irrigation installation, site electrical, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, upgraded curb ramps, bike lanes, relocation of existing water and sewer lines, and installation of a new storm drain. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 120 Working Days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about April 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.
