Reference Number 0000408648 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Basalt is accepting proposals from qualified firms capable of providing design-build services for the Cliff's Hillside Park Renovation Project (the "Project"). The Project seeks to provide a new design for Cliff's Hillside Park, a small neighborhood park in Basalt, Colorado. The existing playground at Cliff's Hillside Park has been identified for replacement in the Town's Asset Management Plan and the need for replacement of the playground provides an opportunity for the redesign of the park, and replacement of the playground with a safer and more modern structure or set of play features. Prior to issuance of this Request for Proposals, the Town of Basalt conducted a community outreach effort including in-person outreach and an online survey. The results of the community outreach are included in the RFP, and should be considered in the design process. Competitive proposals shall provide unique, creative design solutions, and experience in design and construction of municipal park projects in mountain towns.
