Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 157 (Master District) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Construction of the Remote Well No. 1 and Water Supply Plant No. 1- Ph. 4 storm water pollution prevention plan, including administration, maintenance, and removal as required by the plans and as directed by the engineer, to be maintained until contractors notice of termination is submitted ,filter fabric fence (silt barrier fence), (to be used only as directed by the engineer), installation, maintenance and removal of concrete washout pits] extra 6" crushed concrete stabilized subgrade, (to be used only as directed by engineer), dewatering for structures, as required by soil conditions (to be used only as directed by engineer) aleternate bid - alternate well drill and construct 16"x 10" water well including foundation, conductor pipe, surface casing, nonperforated production casing, cement seal, perforated production casing (screen), gravel filter pack and appurtenances, well development, pumping tests, and water sampling and analysis, (as shown on plans), to be used in lieu of base bid remote well bid item no. 4, complete in place add or deduct for changes to 672 feet total length, 16" conductor pipe, to be used in lieu of base bid remote well bid item no. 6, add or deduct for changes to 245 feet total length 10" non-perforated production casing, to be used in lieu of base bid remote well bid item no. 7, Bid security in the form of bid bond, certified or cashier's check payable to Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 157 (Master District) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
