The Town of North Reading voted at Town Meeting on June 9, 2025 in favor of demolition of the Hillview Function Building located at 149 North Street. Housed in that Function Building is the Hillview Commission Administrative office. The Town of North Reading, acting through the Hillview Commission, is seeking a project manager to work with the Commission on the construction of a new office space and improvements made to the deck/proshop area also located at 149 North Street. Phase I of this project includes but is not limited to assisting the Town with the procurement, management, and oversight of the Project Architect or Engineer [hereinafter, Designer]. Supporting selection of the firm or individual that is best suited to design and specify the project. Phase II includes but is not limited to procurement, management, and supervision of the construction contractor (including sub-bidders) and process for the project. The OPM will also be responsible for records management, quality control, and communication with and among the Town and all vendors over the course of the building project. The Owner’s Project Manager’s (OPM) responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following services as they relate to project planning, design and development of design and construction documents. Only inquiries received on or before February 18, 2026 or seven (7) or more days prior to the submittal deadline will be considered. Written responses will be emailed to all applicants on record as having received the RFQ
