The NORTH READING HOUSING AUTHORITY, invites sealed bids from Contractors for Walkway Reconstruction at Peabody Court (667-1) in North Reading, MA. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 10:00 AM ET All bidding RFI's shall be submitted online. The Project consists of but not limited to: Remove existing bituminous sidewalks. Reconstruct bituminous sidewalks and concrete ramps with ADA compliant handrails. Construct concrete stairs with ADA compliant handrails. Regrading. Remove existing foundation drain. Install new drainage structures, piping, filter fabric stone. Waterproof exterior building foundation. Loam and seed all disturbed and bare areas. Concrete dumpster pad and installation of bollards. Minor associated site work.
