**As of July 15, 2025, the project was awarded to N. Granese & Sons, Inc, Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,349,054.77.** The Work consists of installation of approximately 1,015 linear feet of 1.25-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) low pressure sewer main, installation of 1,200 linear feet of 2-inch HDPE low pressure sewer main, relocation of 60 linear feet of existing 2-inch force main, connection of new 2-inch low pressure sewer main to existing sewer manhole, reconnection of existing 2-inch force main to existing sewer manhole, furnishment and installation of two (2) grinder pump units, furnishment and installation of three (3) flushing connection manholes, 310 linear feet of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) gravity sewer main, one (1) 8x6 PVC wye, 15 linear feet of 6-inch PVC building connections, installation of three (3) precast manholes, sealing of six (6) sewer manhole chimneys, removal and disposal of two (2) sewer manholes, abandonment of one (1) septic tank and one(1) pump chamber, removal and disposal of one (1) septic tank, one (1) wet well, and one (1) valve manhole, and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Town Center Sewer Project including but not limited to: Gravity & Low pressure sewer system connecting 6 municipal buildings to the existing Wastewater Treatment Facility at the North Reading High School.
