The Project consists of but not limited to: Demolition of four oil fired boilers and indirect domestic water heaters. Removal of four 275 gal oil storage tanks. Installation of four multi-zone air source heat pump systems. Installation of 4 new electric water heaters. The work is estimated to cost $173,886.00. Contractors for the Heat Pump Project at State Aided Development: Swan Pond (705-1) in North Reading, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ROGUE ENGINEERING & DESIGN . General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
