The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of an existing 1.3-million-gallon welded steel water storage tank located off Swan Pond Road. Work will include the repainting of all exterior and interior tank surfaces and appurtenances, the replacement of the tank's finial vent, the replacement of the existing fall prevention systems on the exterior wall and roof ladders with new flexible cable safety climb devices, the repainting of the existing 16-inch and 10-inch flanged DI piping, fittings and valves within the altitude valve vault, and all appurtenant work.
