Renovation of an industrial development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

If requested, each Bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond on the Form of Bid Bond provided herein or on a similar form which in every respect materially complies with said Form of Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of its Bid. For purposes of this provision, the amount of the Bid shall be the Base Bid. The Bidder's Bond shall be issued by a Surety company licensed to conduct business in the State of Oregon and be acceptable to the Owner. The Surety signing the Bidder's Bond shall be registered with the Oregon State Insurance Commissioner, and the Surety's name shall appear in the current Authorized Insurance Company list in the State of Oregon published by the office of the Insurance Commissioner. Each Surety's name must also appear on the United States Treasury Department's list of authorized sureties, circular 570, asamended. If requested, the Successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum, as security for the faithful performance of this Contract and as security for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials under this Contract. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be acceptable to the Owner, in accordance with State law and shall be delivered to the Owner not later than the date of execution of the Contract. The Surety signing the Bond shall be registered with the Oregon State Insurance Commissioner, and the Surety's name shall appear in the current Authorized Insurance Company list in the State of Oregon published by the office of the Insurance Commissioner. The Surety's name must also appear on the United States Treasury Department's list of authorized sureties, circular 570, as amended. No Work shall commence at the project site until approved Bonds are received by the Owner. Both bonds shall be in compliance with ORS Sections 279C.380, 279C.625 and701.430. The Owner expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept that Bid which in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to the Buyer identified in the bidding document, utilizing Section 00210 form, and to be given consideration must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the Bids
