Formal questions need to be submitted for consideration. The work includes demolition of existing playground equipment, installation of new owner-furnished playground equipment, contractor-furnished play surfacing and park amenities, construction of concrete pathways, and electrical improvements. Bidders must obtain bid documents by registering and downloading from the Oregonbuys website, and should check the site regularly for addenda. Bid documents will not be mailed. Bids must be submitted electronically through Equity Hub's Bid Locker by the specified date and time using the forms provided. Late bids will not be accepted. The City recommends allowing ample time for uploading bids. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each submission. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and postpone the award for thirty days. Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local nondiscrimination and civil rights laws. Prevailing wage rates apply to bids exceeding $50,000.
