This contract is intended to engage a Contractor to provide large-diameter pipeline (42-inch or greater) inspection services for approximately 100,000 linear feet of pipeline within a two-to-five-year period. The City intends to authorize annual releases to the Contractor for pipeline inspection services for between approximately 20,000 linear feet and 60,000 linear feet. Pipeline inspections shall occur between April 15 and October 31, unless approved by the Contract Administrator. Pipeline inspections shall include collection of video, sonar, and LIDAR data. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished by the City and completed bids must arrive electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker. No late bids will be accepted. Bidders are responsible for checking OregonBuys to determine whether any Addenda have been issued. As specified in the General Conditions for Services, the Bidder must submit, prior to contract award, at least three (3) project references. Successful Bidders and subcontractors shall use recyclable products to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of the work. All bidders should review Contractor Disclosure requirements as per Salem Revised Code (SRC) 2.380(b).
