Asphalt concrete resurfacing of various Marion County roads. Major work items include: Level 2, 3/8" Dense, PG 64-22 (4,900 tons); Level 2, 3/8" Dense, PG 64-22 in leveling (2,345 tons); Level 2, ½" Dense, PG 64-22 in base plug (850 tons); Level 2, ½" Dense, PG 64-22 (29,750 tons); aggregate shoulders (13,321 tons); cold plane pavement removal (124,012 square yards). Bids must be submitted via the Marion County Procurement Collaboration Portal. Electronic copies of bid documents and attachments can be obtained from the portal. Instructions to bidders include logging into the procurement portal, signing in or creating an account (required 15-30 minutes before submission), searching for and viewing applicable solicitations, submitting questions in the appropriate section, registering as a respondent, and submitting required documents by selecting files and specifying a category and description before saving. Attention is directed to compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes: Chapters 279a, 279b & 279c, Public Contracts and Purchasing, and prevailing wage requirements as established by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. Marion County may reject any bid not in compliance with procedures and requirements, or for good cause if it is deemed in the public interest. The estimated project cost range is $3,000,000 to $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
