The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related construction services to perform the Western Oregon Roofing Replacement at the Indian Health Service facility located in Salem, Oregon. Work includes removal and replacement of designated roofing systems and all associated components in accordance with the RFQ, applicable specifications, and U.S. Department of Labor wage determination OR20260104. All services must be completed within the 60-calendar-day performance period following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: 3750 Chemawa Road NE, Salem, OR 97305 The estimated magnitude of the proposed construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Government may not answer any questions submitted after this date. 1.) Walls: Existing Duro-Last membrane must be removed. New Duro-Last 50 mil white membrane must be installed, mechanically fastened. 2.) Base : Removal of top layer of Duro-Last membrane. Install a new 50 Mil White Duro-Last Roofing System. All components will be mechanically attached. 20 Yr. Supreme warranty with 15 yrs. Consequential damage plus 5 yrs. Of Material and Labor. 3.) Wall Material: Edge metal will be removed, cleaned, and re-sealed. Install 50 mil Duro-Last white on walls. Walls will be installed up and over. Remove existing Duro-Last membrane and install new 50 mil white membrane. Re-install existing edge metal. 4.) Additional Line Item: Existing Polyisocyanurate Insulation Material will be inspected for saturation and any affected insulation will be removed and replaced with new Polyisocyanurate Insulation Material. 5.) Inspect existing Polyisocyanurate Insulation Material for waterlogged saturation and replace as needed. 6.) Shop roof: Replace, repair, or modify metal roof to prevent all leaks. Remove penetrations that are no longer needed and permanently seal them. Any insolation or wood found to be in poor condition should be replaced or cleaned to remove any type of moisture problems.
