Units must utilize nonhazardous refrigerant. Replacement of rooftop curbs for the unit will be required. Replacement of two water pumps, VFDs, air separator, and pot feeder. Work must be performed between October 1, 2026 and November 30, 2026. Contractor is required to store chiller on site until installation. Crane operations must take place during the weekend.
