Separate contract sealed bids are invited for Running Track Replacement, Field Turf Replacement, and Bathroom & Classroom Renovations at Irvington High School. Complete digital sets of Contract Documents may be obtained online for a non-refundable fee, or optionally, hard copies may be obtained with a returnable deposit. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped must arrange and pay for shipping. Addenda will be available to registered plan holders. The bid deposit for hard copies will be returned if the plans and specifications are returned in good condition within thirty days after bid date, except for the lowest responsible bidder whose check will be forfeited upon the award of the contract. Bidders may arrange site visits with the Facilities Department no later than January 20, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or all proposals will be rejected within 45 days of opening. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject alternatives, reject proposals, or advertise for new proposals if it serves the best interest of the District. Bids may not be withdrawn for 45 days after the bid opening unless permitted by law. Each proposal must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount. If any restrictions apply to construction activities due to governmental orders, the Owner may modify the construction schedule, and bidders consent to any such modifications without additional compensation, with the sole remedy being a time extension at the Owner's discretion.
