Question Deadline: Mon Jan 19, 2026 2:00 PM (EST) The Halton District School Board (HDSB) is pre-qualifying professional consulting services for future capital projects at various HDSB properties. Consultants with the required credentials are invited to submit the necessary documents for consideration throughout the pre-qualification term. HDSB Capital projects range in scope and size including, but not limited to, any of the following: new school construction; new school additions; interior renovations and school renewal projects; site improvements and upgrades; temporary accommodation installations (e.g. portables); site alternation and preparation works; and, obtaining municipal building and planning approval, etc.. The HDSB is therefore seeking professional consulting service providers that have experience working with school boards in advancing in whole or in part the aforementioned capital projects in their respective disciplines, and/or have transferable experience in working with other public or private sectors in advancing similar projects in size and scope. The HDSB is seeking submissions in the following categories/disciplines: 1. Architectural Landscape Consultant 2. Building Envelope & Air Barrier Consultant (including Window Consultant) 3. Designated Substances (Environmental) Consultant 4. Electrical Engineering Consultant 5. Land Surveyor 6. Mechanical Engineering Consultant 7. Planning Consultant 8. Roof Consultant 9. Soils/Geotechnical Consultant 10.Structural Engineering Consultant 11.
