The locations for the manholes are Harbor Dr & Windsor St intersection (Q7-SM518) and West Cliff Dr & David Way intersection (M3-SM608). The successful bidder will provide the services outlined in the attached plans and specifications. Quantities are approximate and may be adjusted based on actual needs, but no price adjustments will be allowed for reductions in quantity.
