Reference Number 0000408608 Hartsville/Trousdale County Government (the "County) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to perform improvements to the existing asphalt walking trail in the County park complex. The work generally includes milling the existing asphalt surface, widening the trail, installing new base stone, and placing a new asphalt surface course. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project in accordance with this RFP, except where materials or services are explicitly identified as being provided by the County. PROJECT LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The project consists of improvements to an existing asphalt walking trail located within County park complex at Marlene and Main Street in Hartsville, TN. The intent of the project is to improve durability, safety, and accessibility by widening the trail to a total width of ten (10) feet and installing a new asphalt surface over a properly prepared base.
