There will be no pre - bid conference for this Project . Contractors are encouraged to make a site visit to each of the three tanks being rehabilitated . The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent ( 100 %) of the Contract price within thirty (30 ) calendar days of contract award notice .
