Amendment to Solicitation No. 36C26126R0019 0004, Project No. 662-23-105, Renovate Sterile Processing Service at San Francisco VA Medical Center The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the RFIs and add FAR 52.222-90 to comply with Executive ORder (EO) 14398 issued on March 26, 2026. Attachments Response to Pre-Proposal RFIs dated 20260429, 200 3A ELP6 Panel Schedule, Specification Section 05 36 00, Specification Section 07 22 00, VHA ICRA, VHA PCRA, and ILSM Evaluation Sheet are attached to this document and are now part of this solicitation. FAR 52.222-90 is incorporated in full text. Proposals are due on May 12, 2026 by 11:00 AM PDT along with a signed copy of SF 1442, including all issued amendments. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged, and in full force and effect. Furnish all labor and materials required to perform demolition, replacement, installation, and commissioning necessary to renovate the existing Sterile Processing Service. Work includes extensive interior renovation to construct a sterile processing department that meets current design criteria, including updated HVAC and water processing systems. Execution requires site preparation and rental of a mobile processing trailer for use during the interior renovation period. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work, construction specifications, and drawings.
