San Francisco Public Works seeks proposals from qualified consultants and joint venture firms to provide professional services in Geotechnical Engineering and related consulting services on an as-needed basis for a range of city-owned facilities. These may include civic buildings, public safety facilities, recreation facilities, healthcare facilities, infrastructure projects, homeless shelters, and correctional facilities. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Subconsulting Participation Requirement for the contract is 15%. Up to four master agreements may be awarded, each with a not-to-exceed value of $3,000,000 over a five-year term. Award of a master agreement does not guarantee performance of services or expenditure of the contract maximum. Proposals must be uploaded to the SF City Partner Website by the specified deadline. Consultants subject to prevailing wages must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of award. Late submittals will not be considered.
