Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the Roofing Projects and associated work at Bishop Macdonell Catholic School & St. Matthew Catholic Secondary School both in Cornwall. The CCDC2 2020 stipulated lump sum contract with supplementary conditions will be used for this project The work consists primarily of the following : Furnish and install specified roofing and related components for the complete re-roofing at Bishop Macdonell for Section 1.2 measuring approximately 920 square feet, Section 2.3 measuring approximately 12,492 square feet, Section 2.2 measuring approximately 55 square feet, and the Patch Repairs at St. Matthew CSS for Section 2.1 measuring approximately 12 square feet, and Section 2.2 measuring approximately 460 square feet. This project is subject to funding. Questions and clarifications will only be received and answered through the Online Website. All questions or clarifications shall be submitted prior to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received and to determine in its own best judgment, the best qualified contractors to undertake these services.
