Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Wailuku, Hawaii. Working plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

As of January 27, 2026, project has been cancelled. Specifications need to be updated and shall be posted at a future date. The work consists of removing and replacing existing underground storage tank fuel lines at Hoapili Hale with approximately sixty four (64) feet (thirty two (32) feet supply and thirty two (32) feet return) of one (1) inch diameter UL 971 rated double-walled flex piping. Install 24" x 24" fiberglass transition sump with leak detector and connect to Veeder-Root panel. Prospective contracts must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license C-37F, Fuel Dispensing Contractor, and have the experience to provide the services stated. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Abad, Minda. Replace existing underground storage tank fuel line at Hoapili Hale with approximately sixty-four (64) feet (thirty-two (32) feet supply and thirty-two (32) feet return) of one (1) inch diameter UL 971 rated double-walled flex piping. Install 24" x 24" fiberglass transition sump with leak detector and connect to Veeder-Root panel. B. PERFORMANCE OF WORK: Double-walled flex piping: 1. Mobilize materials and equipment to job site. 2. Push steel wire, tape ruler, and rope through access pipe. 3. Disconnect and drain fuel lines back to the UST. 4. Pull and remove existing underground main fuel pipes. 5. With existing pushed through rope, tie onto new double-wall flex piping and push and pull pipe through access pipe. 6. Measure and cut flex piping to size and connect end adapters to flex pipe. 7. Connect adapters to fuel existing fuel piping and in the sumps. 8. Pneumatic test fuel piping and check for leaks. 9. Prime fuel lines to existing day tank and run system. 10. Ensure generator fuel system runs properly. 11. Ensure tank sump is contained properly. Transition sump: 1. Install and secure transition sump at lowest point of piping run. 2. Connect leak detection sensor to the Veeder-Root panel. 3. Ensure leak detection sensor is operating properly. C. CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Contractor must demonstrate care and safety while working on the job site. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS All questions must be submitted through the Hawaii State eProcurement System (HlePRO). Questions must be submitted by the question deadline date and time shown in HIePRO. Answers will be given via the Hawaii State eProcurement System (HlePRO) site as noted in HIePRO
