Description The work consists of removing and replacing six (6) existing ADA swing door operator assemblies and twelve (12) access ADA door push pads at Hoapili Hale and Lahaina District Court. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE OFFER. General Comments Total Lump Sum bid price shall include labor, materials, supplies, equipment, travel (if necessary) and other appurtenances necessary to complete this job. Total lump sum bid price submitted shall include all applicable taxes and fees. A. SCOPE OF WORK: Hoapili Hale Remove existing four (4) single swing door operator assemblies and replace with four (4) Assa Abloy SW200i Surface Mounted Swing Door operators. Also, remove existing eight (8) access ADA push pads and install eight (8) ADA push pads that are compatible with Assa Abloy SW200i Surface Mounted Swing Door operator at Hoapili Hale. Work to be performed after regular business hours, weekends or holidays. Lahaina District Courts In addition, remove existing two (2) single swing door operator assemblies and replace with two (2) Assa Abloy SW200i Surface Mounted Swing Door operators. Also remove existing four (4) access ADA push pads and install four (4) ADA push pads that are compatible with Assa Abloy SW200i Surface Mounted Swing Door operator at Lahaina District Court.
