The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division is procuring services for aboveground storage tank work on state property. The bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide aboveground storage tank maintenance and repair services, which shall include preventative maintenance, repairs, and training services. The services will be performed at the Central Utility Plant, 625 Q Street, Sacramento, CA. The anticipated term of the contract will be three years. Bidders must meet all minimum requirements, including possessing a valid C-61, Limited Specialty with subcategory D-40 Service Station Equipment and Maintenance license, submitting proof of specified insurance, providing three or more references for similar services, and meeting a Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise participation goal of 3%. Bidders must notify the State in writing if intending to provide or utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) that materially impacts any deliverable. The contract is subject to prevailing wage, and bidders are responsible for reviewing and verifying all requirements and conditions prior to bid submission. No additions to the agreement amount will be made due to conditions that existed at the walk-through.
