The City of Sarasota is soliciting proposals from multidisciplinary Consultant teams to deliver a three-district program that removes overhead electric and communications facilities and installs underground infrastructure, including new street lighting that meets dark-sky and sea-turtle-protection standards, on St. Armands Key and Lido Key.
