The Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to, by-pass pumping, rehabilitation of existing concrete manhole with heavy-duty composite lid, replacement of all lift station equipment control panels/enclosures, ATS safety switches (disconnects), meter cans, discharge piping, fittings, valves, check valves, flow meter, guide rails, pipe bracing, base wells, mounting plates, wet well cleaning, wet well lining, wet well top replacement, removal or abandonment of the valve vault/meter vault, installation of new chain-link fence (as needed), relocation of the existing water meter/backflow assembly service, installation of a new above ground meter, and installation of reinforced concrete driveways (as needed). Bid Bond 5% Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Manatee County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Also, the County reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid/proposal and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the County. The deadline to submit all inquiries concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to this IFBC February 9, 2026.
