Bid cancelled The purpose of this project is to procure, install, and commission eleven (11) Bosch water source heat pumps at the Mahany Fitness Center, 1545 Pleasant Grove Blvd., in Roseville CA. These systems will provide heating and cooling to the facility, ensuring energy efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and long-term reliability. The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and permitting of all equipment and systems necessary to complete the installation. Project Objectives: o To supply and install (11) Bosch water source heat pumps. o To ensure the system is energy-efficient, meets all applicable environmental standards, and performs optimally in the given climate zone. o To complete the installation within the defined timeline. o To provide training for the operation and maintenance of the installed systems. o To ensure the entire system is fully operational and properly commissioned with graphics updated in building automation system. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
