Provide a quotation for one unit of CGAM026F2**3EXD2A1A3A1AX*A1D2B4XXAXXXB1A5A1D1XXCXX 26 Ton Air-Cooled (CGAM) Scroll, with no equivalents or substitutes, in accordance with the specifications referenced in the draft purchase order. The quotation must be all-inclusive, covering freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and any associated delivery fees to Brookhaven National Laboratory. All costs are to be included in the unit price, with no separate line items for additional charges. If all-inclusive pricing is unavailable for foreign products, Brookhaven National Laboratory must be listed as the Importer of Record, with Incoterms DAP, utilizing the laboratory's designated freight forwarder. The quote should include applicable lead time, available discounts, ECCN and HTS code for each item, origin of manufacture, and Unique Employee Identifier (UEI). Along with the quote, submit a published price list or web screenshot of similar items with pricing and part number, and confirm registration in System for Award Management (SAM). Pricing must remain valid for 60 days. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible offeror who meets all technical requirements.
