Project No. 10003748 The City of Forest Lake is undertaking a phased construction project to refresh and improve the landscape design of medians and roundabouts along Broadway Street (from 19th Street to Lake Street). The goal is to enhance visual appeal, reduce long-term maintenance needs, and ensure plant selections and landscape features are resilient to salt, drought, snow throw, and urban stressors. Midwest Wetlands Improvements, LLC (MWI) is seeking quotes on behalf of the City of Forest Lake (Landowner) from companies with experience in street corridor construction including concrete, MN DOT signage, irrigation, and landscape installation in medians and boulevards. The selected company will work under the direction of MWI to install new concrete pavements, salvage and reinstall street signage, remove existing landscape, sod, and soil, replace or modify existing irrigation systems, install new landscape, and install new rock mulch. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference.
