Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Brothers, Oregon. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Under the terms of this Contract, the Supplier agrees to supply all labour, equipment, haulage/disposal of soil and excess materials off-site, bedding, and materials (excluding backfill and temporary restoration) necessary to repair/replace sewer systems and associated appurtenances on emergency and urgent basis, as required. These shall be included within the unit rates specified in the Pricing Form. The Supplier agrees to furnish additional crews with machinery at the same unit rates to keep up with the volume of work.
