Construction of a new water treatment plant, including a 40' x 60' steel building with foundation, housekeeping pads for two water treating units, moving and placing two water treating units, all piping, conduit and drains under the pad, building louvers, exhaust fans, bollards, and installation of a walkway between water treating units. Construction of two residual lagoons, including related dirt work, diversion manhole, 12" and 6" lines, gate valves, splash pads, and decant lines. Construction of a decant lift station for the residual lagoons, and a 40,000-gallon bolted steel clearwell with foundation, pad, and required piping. Installation of a mixing system for the clearwell, piping to and from the clearwell to the new building, lighting, electrical plugs, HVAC, electrical service from the power pole to the building, finished laboratory room, and all related work as detailed in the specifications. Bidders must provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Office (TERO) if seeking Indian preference, and this proof must be included in the sealed bid. A bid bond of 5% of the total bid must be attached to all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the opening.
